well heres the latest piece... took some time (about a yr 1/2 pencil stage off & on). reason for the procrastination.. wasnt confident in my artistic talent for full picture (versus) my portrait style type of art. Know you'll see some Franklin Booth influencs in there ( as he is one of my fav pen & ink illustrators), but the piece was really inspired by a wrk by Barry Windsor Smith that I seen on the internet(which I can't locate now) don't recall the title but it has a ghost walking thru some woods. well hope you like............ later
I do like it. Your rendering of the plants and landscape is excellent, almost looks like an infrared photo. That said, The figure does look a little pasted on, maybe just because she's not so textured as the background, or maybe that there appears to be a different light source for her. That's just me being super nitpicky on you, though. I love your work and this is a fantastic new thing you've got going on

Thanks for the graet comment on my latest piece. As for the figure popping out ..it was intentional...wanted, a ghostly look(as she is supped to be an apparition) but in the pencil stage she just disappeared into the background wth all the stuff going on back there...ah well... again thanks for the comment.. & i don't take it that your nitpicky observent & thats what we artist should want otherwise how would we improve
